The firm’s senior litigators possess a unique expertise regarding complex arbitration and mediation procedures, with an emphasis on commercial international arbitration which involves public figures and key businesspeople. Adv. Zvi Bar Nathan, Head of the firm’s Commercial and International Litigation Department, serves as a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) and as the Head of the International Arbitration Committee of ICC Israel.
