The firm accumulated significant experience in advising on complex financing transactions and models in relation to project infrastructure, such as PPP (Public Private Partnership) and PFI (Private Finance Initiative). Our attorneys also advise on negotiations regarding long term loan settlements and on interim period financing settlements. The firm handles large-scale finance transactions and the financing of projects in Israel and abroad, as well as raising capital by means of creating complex financial instruments.

In light of significant government investment in transportation projects over the past few years, several large scale projects are under development across Israel.
