Adv. Baruch is Vice Head of the Commercial and International Litigation Department. Adv. Baruch specializes in complex civil-commercial disputes, and represents her clients in litigation proceedings relating to various legal fields, including class actions, shareholder disputes, arbitration proceedings, complex commercial disputes, and more.

Adv. Baruch has accumulated significant reputation in the representation of clients in all courts of law and tribunals, and in alternative dispute resolution forums. Adv. Baruch consults on a wide array of legal issues relating to various fields of law, and represents her clients in all of the various aspects of civil disputes.

Among Adv. Baruch’s clients are leading Israeli commercial companies which operate in various fields, including services, construction, hoteliery, communications, and more.  In addition, Adv. Baruch represents individuals in an array of proceedings and commercial disputes in which they are involved in.

Adv. Baruch lectures on civil procedures and litigation at academic and professional forums.
