כמו כן, לאסף מומחיות ייחודית בתחום משפט העבודה הקיבוצי והוא בעל ניסיון רב שנים במתן ייעוץ בנוגע להתארגנות ראשונית, בניהול משא-ומתן קיבוצי ובניסוח הסכמים קיבוציים אגב שביתות, סכסוכי עבודה, הפרטות, העברות שליטה ושינויים מבניים בחברות. יתר על כן, הוא בעל ניסיון בייצוג גופים ציבוריים ועובדי ציבור מול הממונה על השכר במשרד האוצר.
לאורך השנים, אסף ליווה עשרות הסכמים קיבוציים בארגונים שונים, בהם אוניברסיטאות, עיריות, חברות תשתית, חברות ביטחוניות, שירות המדינה ועוד.
בהיבט הליטיגטורי, אסף מייצג את לקוחותיו בהליכי ליטיגציה מורכבים בתחום דיני העבודה, לרבות תובענות ייצוגיות בתחום, הליכים קיבוציים ודיני משמעת.
