In addition, the firm advises on complex financing transactions regarding project infrastructure such as PPP (Private Public Partnership) and PFI (Private Finance Initiative) Systems, including consulting on negotiations regarding long term loan settlements and on interim period financing settlements.

In relation to the energy sector, the firm’s legal teams have advised on the financing process of a company which the power plant it had established had already begun electricity production; and the financing process of a company which reached financial close and raised over 4 billion NIS for the establishment of Israel’s largest private power plant with a power output of 840 MW.
