Adv. Henner is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department, and his practice focuses on a variety of Israeli and cross-border corporate and finance transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions (including public and private transactions and De-SPAC transactions), tender offers, PIPEs (including as part of a De-SPAC transaction), corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Adv. Henner also advises Israeli and non-Israeli SEC-registered companies, as well as companies that are dual-listed on Israeli and US exchanges with respect to their filing and corporate governance requirements. He also advises foreign companies on their acquisitions, financings, investments and business activities in Israel.
In recent years, Adv. Henner has advised on some of the largest M&A transactions in Israel, in which he has represented both multinational and Israeli purchasers and target companies. Adv. Henner has also represented a number of foreign purchasers and sellers of real estate in Israel.
Prior to joining Goldfarb Seligman, Adv. Henner was an associate in the General Corporate Department of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, New York.
