Adv. Gitterman is Vice Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.

Adv. Gitterman specializes in providing legal consulting regarding real estate transactions and various complex projects, including combination transactions, compensation transactions, commercial projects (commercial centers and shopping malls), office projects, industrial projects and large-scale residential projects, including urban renewal projects.

Adv. Gitterman provides her clients with comprehensive legal services in regards to their transactions and projects, while handling all aspects of the transaction’s various stages (entrepreneurship stages, land acquisition, betterment, establishment, management, leasing and when required- the sale and acquisition). Adv. Gitterman handles all aspects and issues arising from the transaction, including taxation and financing.

Among other, Adv. Gitterman specializes in complex transactions for the sale and acquisition of property investments (during which she represents insurance companies and other companies, some of the largest in Israel), as well as real estate entrepreneurship and providing legal consulting regarding financing.

Among Adv. Gitterman’s clients are some of Israel’s largest public and private companies, insurance companies, private entrepreneurs and public entities.

Representing the developers of the 'Creation Towers' project in Tel Aviv from the initial development stages, inclduing plot acquisition negotiations, financing aspects and construction. The project's value is estimated at 1.2B ILS.

Zemach Hammerman Ltd. - Maslavi Construction Company Ltd.
83.5M ILS

Representing Zemach Hammerman and a partner in the acquisition of real estate located in the Korazin area of Giv'atayim from Maslavi Construction Company Ltd. for 83.5M ILS, as well as in the construction of the project.

Shufersal Ltd.

Representing Shufersal in real estate transaction for the establishment of a 35,000 sqm logistics center.

Menivim-The New REIT Ltd. - Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises Ltd.
150M ILS

Representing Menivim in the acquisition of Nesher's share (50%) in a logistics center located near the Nesher factory in Ramla for 150M ILS.

Zemach Hammerman Ltd. - Holmes Place International Ltd.

Representing Zemach Hammerman Ltd. in its 45M ILS agreement with Holmes Place for the establishment of fitness clubs.
