Adv. Fadel is a Partner in the Corporate, Administrative and Class Action Litigation Department.

Adv. Fadel specializes in managing class actions and derivative actions in various sectors, including securities, insurance and retail, and is skilled at co-representing several defendants in a given proceeding.

Adv. Fadel accumulated expertise in managing complex local and international commercial litigation proceedings in a wide variety of fields, including securities, shareholder disputes and claims against company officials, as well as various administrative proceedings. Adv. Fadel is also experienced in handling disputes relating to finder’s fees for real estate and commercial transactions.

In addition, Adv. Fadel represents one of Israel’s leading medical cannabis companies, providing ongoing counsel to the company and managing all disputes to which it is a party.

In the international arena, Adv. Fadel possesses expertise in representing foreign claimants and defendants involved in legal proceedings in Israel, especially proceedings which pertain to international jurisdiction matters.

Adv. Fadel represents his clients before all courts and tribunals, including mediation and arbitration proceedings. He provides ongoing legal-strategic counsel as well, including with regard to pre-trial settlement attempts.

Adv. Fadel’s clients include individuals, private companies and public companies, both local and international, which operate (among others) in the capital markets, insurance, retail and medical cannabis fields.
