Adv. Hadar specializes in providing ongoing legal counsel on complex real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, and possesses unique expertise in acquisition groups and agreements with accompanying banks.

Adv. Hadar provides ongoing counsel throughout the development and construction of residential, office, commercial and income-yielding real estate projects. She advises on all aspects of the transaction, including providing ongoing commercial counsel, handling financing agreements for the acquisition and development of the project, and advising on real estate taxation matters. In addition, Adv. Hadar advises on real estate related litigation proceedings.

Adv. Hadar provides ongoing counsel form the initial purchase and planning stages, throughout the development and rights realization to the final construction and registration stages, and represents clients before the various authorities.

Among Adv. Hadar’s clients are some of the largest public and private companies in Israel, as well as private entrepreneurs and public bodies.
