Adv. Matthews Maor represents financial institutions in their capacity as lenders and corporate entities in their capacity as borrowers. She specializes in handling a range of complex aspects of collateral and liens, as well as drafting complex commercial agreements in a variety of fields.
In recent years, Adv. Matthews Maor advised on various infrastructure projects by retail companies, providing ongoing counsel from the initial planning and contractor choice stages to the completion of the project, advising on all legal aspects of each project.
In addition, Adv. Matthews Maor provides ongoing legal counsel on commercial law to Israeli and international corporations active in Israel, as well as philanthropic organizations.
