Adv. Freedman specializes in labor law. In this capacity, Adv. Freedman provides ongoing counsel to the firm’s clients in relation to a broad array of labor law aspects, including employment contracts, hearings, policies, legal opinions relating to personal and collective labor, sextual harassment inquiries, collective negotiations and wage irregularities under the Budgetary Principles Law.

In addition, Adv. Freedman represents employers and labor unions in litigation proceedings before labor courts, the High Court of Justice and other legal proceedings, including collective and intra-organizational disputes, personal proceedings, disciplinary hearings, class actions, mediation and arbitration.

Adv. Freedman is experienced in representing and advising local councils and municipalities, labor unions, government companies and higher education institutions, as well as advising on matters relating to the Budgetary Principles Law, pensions and severance packages.
