Levy Amitay

Adv. Amitay is the Managing Partner of Goldfarb Seligman and the Co-Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department of the firm.

Adv. Amitay manages the firm together with Adv. Tal Atsmon. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Adv. Amitay handles the managerial-strategic aspects of the firm, from daily management to formulating the firm’s vision and long-term commercial strategy for the firm’s continued growth.

In addition, Adv. Amitay serves Co-Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department (alongside Adv. Avi Arad). In this capacity, Adv. Amitay, one of Israel’s top real estate attorneys, advises and manages complex real estate transactions and large-scale real estate projects.

Among others, Adv. Amitay specializes in large-scale residential, commercial and office projects, as well as in real estate finance transactions and in the legal consulting of holding groups and real estate companies, some of the largest in the Israeli market and internationally.

In addition, Adv. Amitay advises public companies, as well as real estate and construction companies, regarding all of their activities.

In recent years, Adv. Amitay has handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex commercial and real estate transactions in Israel – both from the legal rights’ status aspects and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.

Among Adv. Amitay’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and developers of large-scale real estate projects.

Adv. Amitay has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners, by domestic directories and by professional magazines, as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the real estate field.

Adv. Amitay is a member and one of the founders of Friends of Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Centre Association in Bnei Berak.
