Adv. Adv. Dekel advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. In this capacity, she accumulated experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in a broad array of diverse financing transactions and venture capital investments.
