Adv. Kaufman specializes in managing commercial litigation and class action proceedings in various fields, including complex business disputes, inheritance disputes, shareholder disputes, libel claims, and more. In addition, Adv. Kaufman represents clients in various disputes related to intellectual property, trademarks and copyright, including proceedings held in courts and legal proceedings held before the Israel Patent Office in Jerusalem. Adv. Kaufman manages enforcement of rights against illegal import of trademark and copyright violating goods. In addition, she provides ongoing counsel to clients in the intellectual property field and legal advice in relation to intellectual property matters.
