Adv. Halfon (Hoshen) is Vice Head of the Commercial and International Litigation Department, and possesses extensive, diverse experience in various litigation fields.
Adv. Halfon (Hoshen) specializes in complex, large scale civil-commercial disputes, and represents clients in shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, administrative claims, real estate claims and inheritance disputes, in Israel and abroad.
Adv. Halfon (Hoshen) represents his clients in a wide variety of proceedings held at all courts of law, and in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation. In addition, Adv. Halfon (Hoshen) advises his clients from the preliminary stages prior to a dispute on how to best avoid future disputes, and if the need arises, prepares clients for the dispute.
Among Adv. Halfon’s (Hoshen) clients are private companies, public companies, foreign companies and leading businesspeople from Israel and abroad.
Alongside his regular professional work, Adv. Halfon (Hoshen) advises on a number of pro bono cases of great social importance, and serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
