Adv. Yariv is a Partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department.
Adv. Yariv specializes in providing legal counsel and representation to entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, technology companies and international concerns operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med and more, in Israel and abroad.
Adv. Yariv advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. In this capacity, he accumulated experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in a broad array of diverse financing transactions and venture capital investments.
