Congratulations to our client, ICL Group Ltd., on the acquisition of substantially all the business activity of Lavie Bio Ltd., a subsidiary of Evogene Ltd. (NASDAQ: EVGN), and Evogene’s MicroBoost AI for AG platform, for approximately $18.7 million.
Lavie Bio, an ag-biological company specializing in microbial-based, AI-driven solutions, will strengthen ICL’s innovation capabilities and support its strategy for sustainable agriculture.
