In addition, he regularly advises public and private corporations on all legal aspects of operation, focusing on corporate, commercial, and technology-related aspects.
In recent years, Danny has led many of the Israeli market’s high-profile mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, representing acquirers/investors and target companies.
Danny leads an experienced and talented team of professionals which offers a full range of legal services related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-tech investments, including corporate law, tax, labor, regulation, intellectual property, and more.
Danny possesses unique expertise in the high-tech arena in a variety of fields, and has been involved in numerous complex corporate and commercial transactions in foreign markets, including in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Danny represents public and private companies, including companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and on foreign stock exchanges, venture capital funds, institutional and private (“angel”) investors, and start-ups in all stages of development.
In addition, Danny lectures at academic institutions and at professional forums, and over the years has published high-profile articles regarding mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and the high-tech industry.
