Piercing the Corporate Veil in a Lawsuit Against Advisors for Personal Import of a Vehicle

Recently, two rulings were given that dealt with lawsuits filed against advisors for personal import of vehicles which sought to pierce the corporate veil, and sue the shareholders as well.
