Maor Rubin

Adv. Rubin is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.

Adv. Rubin specializes in the fields of real estate, planning and construction as well as real estate transactions, specifically urban renewal projects, representing both companies and tenants in TAMA 38 and “Pinoy Binoy” projects.

Adv. Rubin advises clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages and throughout the development process to the final construction and registration stages. Among others, Adv. Rubin advises clients in relation to finance and taxation issues, and represents clients before relevant authorities.

Among Adv. Rubin’s clients are public companies, private corporations and holding groups active in the urban renewal field.
