Yudi Levy

Adv. Yudi Levy, a Founder of the firm, is respected as one of Israel’s dominant corporate attorneys.

He led the firm since its inception and played a major role in bringing the firm to its current status as one of Israel’s largest and most dominant firms.

In addition to his functions in the management and policy making of the firm, Yudi handled a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and reorganizations, and provided ongoing counsel to boards of directors. He also engaged in trust and estate counseling and planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Yudi is highly involved in Israel’s business community and is repeatedly called upon to advise boards of directors regarding crisis management. Alongside his legal and professional activities, he has been serving as a Member of the Boards of Directors of diverse corporations, including Rami Levy Shekma Real Estate Ltd. (TASE) (2026-present); Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd. (TASE) (2024-present); Sanlakol Ltd. (TASE) (2024-present); Fire & Gas Detection Technologies Ltd. (TASE) (2025-present); Dori Media Group Ltd. (2004-present); Knafaim Holdings Ltd. (TASE) (Chairman and Director, 2007-2024); El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE) (Chairman and Vice Chairman, 2008-2020); Maman Cargo Terminals Ltd. (TASE) (2010-2020).

In addition, Yudi is a Member of the Executive Committee of Shalem Academic Center Ltd. and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Shalem Foundation (USA), as well as Member of Management of the Cegla High Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the Law at the Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University.
