Shahar specializes in various types of financing transactions, representing banks and funds on the one hand and large borrowers on the other, both local and international. In addition, he represents public, private and government companies in investment transactions, sales of operations and shareholder agreements. Shahar also advises Israeli companies on corporate law, dividend distribution and debt arrangements.
