Biography

Adv. Hili Cohen focuses on advising technology-based life science companies of diverse sectors, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, mHealth, cosmetics and diagnostics.
Hili counsels private and public companies, Technology Incubators, entrepreneurs and investors in these companies in connection with day-to-day management, corporate law matters, fund raising transactions, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
Hili works closely with clients on their commercial transactions, ranging from research and development, joint ventures, clinical trials, licensing and technology agreements, OEMs, manufacturing, marketing and distribution agreements. She also handles Israeli regulatory reviews and compliance programs for life science companies.
Hili is recognized as one of Israel’s top lawyers in the life science field by international rankings such as The Legal 500.
