Adv. Hadar Mahatzri zilberman specializes in land registration, parcellation and condominium registration.
Hadar advises on a variety of projects throughout all project registration stages until the final stage of registering purchasers’ rights.
In this capacity, she represents the firm’s clients before all relevant authorities, including the Real Estate Registration Bureau, the Israel Land Administration, the Real Estate Taxation Bureau, the Survey of Israel and more.
In addition, Hadar has close to a decade of experience in the registration field as an examiner of real estate transactions in the Justice Ministry’s Land Registry and Settlement of Rights Department (Tabo Petach Tikva).
