Dubi possesses extensive experience in representing clients in complex merger and acquisition transactions in Israel and abroad, leading the interdisciplinary teams required for providing comprehensive consultation for such transactions. He regularly advises leading private companies, as well as public companies listed for trade in Israel and abroad, and acquired extensive and unique experience in the area of international real estate investments.
