Adv. Aran Meiri has decades of legal experience, both as a partner in law firms and as a legal advisor to some of the largest companies in the Israeli economy – Shufersal (2007-2023) and B.S.T. (2023-2024).
In light of his rich experience, Aran has comprehensive expertise and knowledge in the civil/business field, including corporate law, securities law, real estate, energy and commercial civil litigation.
Aran advises clients on a wide variety of business issues, from a variety of large-scale real estate transactions, through complex commercial engagements, to managing the interface with regulatory and government agencies, among others in the fields of retail, food, agriculture, real estate and construction.
In addition, Aran has unique expertise in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class actions, and he represents clients in various commercial disputes, litigation procedures in the fields of construction and real estate initiation, and more.
Alongside his professional activities, Aran is a volunteer board member of the Council for a Beautiful Israel, as well as a volunteer board member of The Paratroopers Heritage Association.
