In his career as a corporate lawyer, Adv. Amir Raz has not only counseled technology companies on a broad range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, but also evolved into a trusted strategic legal advisor.
