Congratulations to our client, Shikun & Binui – Solel Boneh Infrastructure Ltd., on entering into an agreement for the construction of OPC Energy’s Hadera 2 power plant for a total consideration of approximately $1 billion.
As part of the project, Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh, together with a leading international contractor, will construct a natural gas powered combined-cycle power plant with an expected capacity of approximately 850 MW.
