Congratulations to our client, KPIT Technologies, an India-based multinational corporation operating in the automotive and mobility industry, on entering into an agreement to acquire CYMOTIVE Technologies, an Israeli automotive cybersecurity company, in a multi-phase transaction valued at up to $120 million.
Founded by Yuval Diskin, Tsafrir Kats and Dr. Tamir Bechor, and later joined by Volkswagen Group’s software arm, CARIAD as a shareholder, Cymotive develops advanced cybersecurity solutions for the automotive industry, including secure architecture, threat detection, continuous monitoring and regulatory compliance.
KPIT was represented by Adv. (CPA) Esther Koren, Chairman of the firm and Head of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Department, the partners Moshe Ganot and Lev Gaft, and Associate Shlomi Friedman.
