Gav-Yam

Congratulations to our client Gav-Yam, the leading real estate company, on completing a successful debt issuance totalling ILS 700 million.
The transaction included the issuance of a new long-term bond series, as well as tap issuance of an existing series on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
