Congratulations to our client, Eldan Transportation Ltd., on the successful completion of an Initial Public Offering of its shares (by way of a Sale Offer by its Controlling Shareholder), their listing for trade on the Israeli Stock Exchange and its transformation into a Public Company, for a total consideration of approximately NIS 160 million, based on a Company Value of approximately NIS 760 million.
