Congratulations to our clients, EL AL Israel Airlines and Tamam, on the inauguration of the new kosher catering facility at Ben Gurion Airport, the world’s largest kosher airline catering facility, which is expected to produce more than 45,000 meals per day.
The project, launched nearly a decade ago, included the construction of an innovative facility spanning approximately 14,000 square meters, alongside complex engagements with local and international contractors and suppliers, from the tender stage and award process through to the completion of the project and inauguration of the new facility.
