Congratulations to our client clal insurance capital raising Ltd., on the issuance of a new series of bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and on the exchange of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd.’s capital note for the new bonds, in the amount of approximately NIS 1.15 billion.
