Congratulations to our client, Ayala Pharmaceuticals, on the sale of its assets to OS Therapies.
The transaction included the sale of Ayala’s listeria-based cancer immunotherapy, including intellectual property, in consideration for cash and equity of OS Therpaies
(NYSE-A: OSTX).
