Adv. Kovos is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Kovos specializes in complex real estate transactions, in Israel and abroad, and advises on transactions regarding large scale residential, office, and commerce and industry projects.
Adv. Kovos advises clients through all stages of development, construction and marketing. This includes planning the outline of the land acquired; financing the acquisition and establishment of the project; managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors and service providers; advising on relations with financing financial institutions, municipal councils and planning authorities, land taxation authorities, acquiring and leasing parties, and more.
Among Adv. Kovos’ clients are Israel’s leading real estate companies, leading financial entities which invest in real estate, as well as high net worth individuals.
