Adv. Gelbendorf is a partner in the Industry and Regulation Department, and possesses extensive experience and expertise in commercial law, M&A, banking and finance and intellectual property. Among others, Adv. Gelbendorf specializes in representing local and multinational corporations active in various sectors and industries in a variety of fields, including M&A, hi-tech, banking and finance, joint ventures, strategic investments and a wide range of commercial agreements.

In this capacity, Adv. Gelbendorf provides ongoing counsel to companies, investors and entrepreneurs in various stages of development, actively advising on different aspects of corporate and commercial law, including privacy and data protection, intellectual property, corporate governance and IT agreements, as well as production, commercialization, licensing and distribution agreements.

Among Adv. Gelbendorf’s clients are private and public corporations, as well as law firms and legal counsel of foreign corporations.
