Adv. Amir specializes in labor law.

In this capacity, Adv. Amir provides ongoing counsel to the firm’s clients in a broad array of labor law aspects, including employment contracts, procedures, collective and private labor law legal opinions as well as pension and the Budgetary Principles Law.

Adv. Amir advises clients in relation to proceedings against employees, such as hearings and harassment inquiries. In addition, she represents clients in litigatory proceedings and before labor courts, in High Court of Justice petitions and other legal proceedings, including private and collective disputes, disciplinary proceedings, sexual harassment cases, arbitrations and mediations.

Adv. Amir has many years of experience in representing local municipalities and government companies, including handling administrative and legal proceedings relating to pay irregularities in public entities under the Budgetary Principles Law.
