Adv. Tuvya is a Partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department.

Adv. Tuvya specializes in commercial and corporate law, including complex, cross border M&A transactions, providing legal counsel and representation to entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, technology companies and international concerns operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med and more, in Israel and abroad.

In addition, Adv. Tuvya possesses significant experience in advising on venture capital transactions, in which she represents leading local and international investment funds. Over the years, Adv. Tuvya advised on numerous financing and VC transactions with complex commercial and legal aspects.

Adv. Tuvya advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. She advises her clients on the legal and commercial aspects of their activity, including corporate governance, finance, commerce, employment, service providers, compensation, shareholder relations and complex capital restructuring.

Adv. Tuvya also specializes in advising clients on various commercial transactions, particularly in the technology and intellectual property field, including licensing agreements, terms of use, privacy policy, R&D, manufacturing and supply, distribution and agency agreements, and more.
