Adv. Peleg-Shpolansky is Head of the Corporate, Commercial and International Practice within the Industry and Regulation Department. She specializes in commercial and corporate law, M&A, technology and intellectual property, and possesses unique expertise in representing clients active in the manufacturing, venture capital, hi-tech and life sciences fields, in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Peleg-Shpolansky represents her clients in various complex transactions, including investments, M&As, establishing factories, international franchises, strategic partnerships and cross border joints ventures.

In addition, Adv. Peleg-Shpolansky possesses unique expertise in the protection and commercialization of intellectual property, as well as an in-depth understanding of the semiconductor industry.

As a leading, experienced legal expert in the hi-tech, med-tech and clinical trials field, Adv. Peleg-Shpolansky previously served as legal counsel to Hadasit, the technology transfer company of the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, as well as VP Legal of Dune Networks Inc.
