עו"ד לוי אמיתי מנהל את הפירמה במשותף עם טל עצמון ואיה יופה. במסגרת תפקידו כשותף מנהל, הוא אחראי על ההיבטים הניהוליים-אסטרטגיים של הפירמה, מניהול יומיומי ועד לגיבוש חזון והתוויית אסטרטגיה עסקית ארוכת טווח להמשך הצמיחה של הפירמה.

בנוסף, לוי הינו ראש מחלקת נדל"ן, תכנון ובניה בפירמה. במסגרת זו, לוי, שהינו מבכירי עורכי הדין בתחום הנדל"ן בישראל, מייצג, מוביל ומנהל עסקאות נדל"ן מורכבות ופרויקטים גדולים בתחום הנדל"ן.

כחלק מפעילותו, מוביל לוי פרויקטים רחבי היקף למגורים, למסחר ולמשרדים, מלווה עסקאות מימון וכן, מייעץ ומלווה באופן צמוד קבוצות החזקה וחברות נדל"ן ציבוריות ופרטיות כאחד, מהגדולות במשק הישראלי ומחוצה לו.

בשנים האחרונות, הוביל לוי נתח ניכר של עסקאות מסחריות ועסקאות נדל"ן, מהגדולות והמורכבות שנעשו בישראל – הן מבחינת מצב הזכויות המשפטי והן מבחינת המאפיינים המסחריים והפיננסים של העסקה.

עם לקוחותיו נמנות חברות ציבוריות, חברות פרטיות, קבוצות החזקה ויזמים המובילים פרוייקטי ענק בתחום הנדל"ן.
