Advanced Studies Program – Israel Bar Association’s Advanced Studies College

Adv. Shirin Herzog, partner in our Corporate and Technology Department, lectured as part of an advanced studies program by the Israel Bar Association’s Advanced Studies College.
Adv. Herzog’s lecture, titled “The Special Committee – Not a Rubber Stamp”, focused on special committees established by Boards of Directors. Adv. Herzog offered recommendations for the committees’ and its attorneys’ conduct, reviewed the development of the rulings on the subject and raised professional and ethical dilemmas faced by various parts of the company in relation to the special committee.
