Open positions:

  • Tax Department:
    • VAT attorney – 1-3 years of experience.
  • Corporate and Capital Markets Department:
    • Capital markets attorney – 4-5 years of experience, past employment in a leading commercial law firm, experience in capital markets, securities and ongoing counsel to corporations.
    • Corporate attorney – 3-5 years of experience in commercial law, as well as experience in commercial transactions.
  • Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department:
    • Real estate attorney – 1-3 years of experience in real estate. Native or fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
    • Real estate attorney – 5 years of experience in real estate.
    • Real estate attorney – 1-3 years of experience in real estate.
  • Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure Department:
    • Corporate attorney – 2-5 years of experience, with experience in commercial law. Native or fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
  • International Corporate and Securities Department:
    • Corporate attorney – 2-5 years of experience in ongoing counsel to corporations. Native or fluent written and spoken English is a requirement. Experience in commercial transactions is a requirement.
  • Administrative and White Collar Litigation Department:
    • Litigation attorney – 1-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Commercial Litigation Department:
    • Litigation attorney – 2-5 years of experience, advantage for past employment in the litigation department of one of the 15 largest law firms, and/or judicial assistant to a Supreme Court Justice or a District Court judge.
