The firm’s attorneys represent real estate companies and corporations in various proceedings, including in tenants’ breach of contract claims or construction defect claims, in contractual disputes relating to real estate projects, in insolvency proceedings which include the acquisition of real estate, in partnership disputes relating to construction projects, and in landlord – tenant disputes relating to large scale real estate projects, including office and commercial real estate projects.
