Co-Head Tax Department

Adv. Atsmon is the Managing Partner of Goldfarb Seligman and also serves as the Co-Head of the Tax Department of the firm.

Adv. Atsmon manages the firm together with Adv. Levy Amitay. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Adv. Atsmon handles the managerial-strategic aspects of the firm, from daily management to formulating the firm’s vision and long-term commercial strategy for the firm’s continued growth.

In addition, Adv. Atsmon serves Co-Head of the Tax Department (alongside Adv. Yaron Sever). In this capacity, Adv. Atsmon, one of Israel’s top tax attorneys, advises corporate and high net worth private clients on complex Israeli and international tax matters relating to a wide range of domestic and foreign transactions.

Adv. Atsmon is regularly ranked as one of Israel’s recommended tax attorneys by several international guides, including Chambers, PLC Lawyers, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers, as well as by Israeli guides such as BDICode and Dun’s 100.

Adv. Atsmon serves as Head of the Tax Committee of the Israeli Bar Association and was a member of the International Tax Reform Committee, that was nominated by the Director of the Israel Tax Authority to suggest a major tax reform in the field. Adv. Atsmon also serves as the tax counsel to the Israeli CFO Forum.
