Adv. Sofer is the Head of the Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure Department, and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Adv. Sofer specializes in corporate law, commercial law, insurance law, financial services and infrastructures, and in the advising of Israeli and foreign clients regarding these matters.

Adv. Sofer has accumulated extensive experience and significant reputation regarding various commercial transactions, including merger and acquisition agreements, international transactions for the acquisition of technology and equipment, and the initiation of projects in various fields in Israel and abroad.

In addition, Adv. Sofer regularly advises insurance companies, insurance agencies and institutional entities regarding all of their fields of activity, and particularly regarding mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate governance and regulation.

In the infrastructure field, Adv. Sofer represents government entities and private entities regarding complex infrastructure projects, including projects partially financed by the private sector (BOT and PFI infrastructure projects), relating to all of their stages, beginning with establishing the legislative framework, through handling planning procedures and land expropriation, as well as handling tenders and contracting with the tender winners.

In addition, Adv. Sofer consults the Batsheva Dance Company as part of the firm's pro-bono work.
