Adv. Zaccai is a renowned expert in the real estate field, and serves as special counsel to the firm.
Adv. Zaccai has accumulated significant reputation and a deep understanding of the work performed by administrative entities and regulatory authorities in the real estate and infrastructure fields in Israel, among other, through her position as the legal advisor to the Israel Land Administration Council and as a board member of statutory entities and government companies in the field.
Until 2001, as part of her work at the county office of the State Attorney, Adv. Zaccai served in a number of positions, including the head of the administrative law department ay the county office of the State Department.
Between the years 2001-2008 Adv. Zaccai served in several key positions, including as the legal advisor of the Israel Land Administration and of the Israel Land Administration Council. In addition, during those years Adv. Zaccai served as a board member of the Israel Land Administration (between 2001-2008) and a board member of the Development Authority (between 2004-2008).
Adv. Zaccai possesses many years of experience, widespread work connections and a deep acquaintance with the work of the administrative and regulatory authorities in the real estate field. Among Adv. Zaccai's clients are holding groups and private and public companies, which operate in the real estate and infrastructure fields, as well as entrepreneurs - individuals with widespread activity in the real estate sector in Israel.
Adv. Zaccai has also served as the Head of the Israel Appraisers Council, between the years 2002-2003, during which she served as a director on behalf of the State of Israel on the board of the Old Jaffa Development Company; as a director on behalf of the State of Israel on the board of NTA - Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., between the years 2003-2006; and as director on the Committee for Real Estate Reform in Israel (Gadish Committee).
Adv. Zaccai is actively involved in the academic world and serves, among other, as a lecturer at the Radzinger Law School at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Ever since she was appointed by the court in 2009, Adv. Zaccai is the manager of a large real estate plot near the coast of Tel Aviv. Among Adv. Zaccai's various positions are an impressive number of memberships in board of directors and judicial and government committees, as well as real estate development committees.
