Adv. Allouche is a partner in the Tax and Executive Compensation Department. Adv. Allouche is also a certified accountant, and specializes in all tax fields and in a wide array of transactions and fields, including capital market taxation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private allocation of capital, debt and complex financial instruments, liquidations, taxation of individuals, and more.   

Adv. Allouche represents her clients in all tax fields and before the tax authorities. Her work extends from accompanying clients through the preparation of tax reports and to representing clients before the various courts.

In addition, through her work as an accountant, Adv. Allouche has accumulated a unique experience in the provision of complex consulting, which includes analysis and reference to issues arising from both legal and accounting aspects. These include, among others, tax aspects closely related to corporate law and securities law. 

Among Adv. Allouche's clients are public companies, private companies, and individuals.  

Alongside her professional work, Adv. Allouche lectures on the various tax fields at academic institutions and at various professional forums, and serves on various tax committees of the professional bureaus.   

From 1999 to 2006, Adv. Allouche was an accountant at The Israel Tax Authority. In 
2004, Adv. Allouche was an intern at the Fiscal Department of the Civil State Attorney of the Tel Aviv District.
