Adv. Wolpin is a partner in the Corporate, Finance, Banking and Insurance Department. Adv. Wolpin specializes in corporate law, private investments funds, mergers and acquisitions, and investment transactions.
In recent years, Adv. Wolpin have acquired significant experience in the establishment and ongoing consultation to private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds. Adv. Wolpin advises his clients through all stages relating to the establishment of investment funds, capital raising from investors and the fund's ongoing operations in Israel and abroad. Adv. Wolpin has also advised institutional investors on their investments as prominent investors in various funds.
In addition, Adv. Wolpin specializes on domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions, counsels clients on investments in companies which operate in various fields, including in the hi-tech field, and provides ongoing consulting on various corporate, commercial and regulatory issues to a large array of clients.
