Adv. Kaufman is a partner and Deputy Department Head of the Corporate, Administrative and Class Action Litigation Department.

Adv. Kaufman specializes in constitutional and administrative law and handles plaintiff litigation, petitions, arbitrations, and business and civil disputes, including complex disputes relating to tenders, the communications and real estate sectors, antitrust, taxation and trademarks.

In addition to his representation of clients in all courts of law, Adv. Kaufman also advises on matters relating to public law, advises clients on their relations with government authorities, serves as advisor to tender committees and manages negotiations and arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Adv. Kaufman has accumulated extensive expertise in liquidations and receiverships proceedings, and serves as a receiver for one of Israel's leading banks. Among Adv. Kaufman's clients are leading real estate companies, Israel's largest retail chains, financial institutions and investment houses, government companies and various government authorities.

Adv. Kaufman serves as an arbitrator and mediator at the National Institution of Arbitration and at the National Institute of Mediation of the Israel Bar Association, and has served on various professional committees of the Israel Bar Association, including the Committee of the Courts and the Committee of State of Law and Civil Rights, and has also served on the managing board of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel.  

In addition, Adv. Kaufman lectures at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and at the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan, on administrative and constitutional law; and as an attorney with extensive experience in civil rights matters, he oversees the firm's pro-bono activity.

In 1998, Adv. Kaufman was an intern at the American Civil Liberties Union in Washington D.C.; from 1998 to 1999, Adv. Kaufman was an associate at the Association for Civil Rights in Israel; in 1995 Adv. Kaufman was an intern of the Honorable Justice Meir Shamgar at Israel's Supreme Court.
