Adv. Ofer Ravid is Co-Head of the Labor and Corporate Immigration Department.

Adv. Ravid has accumulated significant expertise in the labor law field and specializes in a wide array of matters relating to collective and private labor law, the interface between them, the corporate law field in general and transactions in particular.

Adv. Ravid provides continuous legal consulting and specializes in drafting agreements and providing written professional opinions regarding labor rights through organizational changes, the hiring of employees, the dismissal of employees, downsizing or relocation, employment conditions, employee compensation and social benefits, and any other matter relating to employment relations and labor law.

Adv. Ravid provides tactical and strategic consulting to companies, while resolving complex issues relating to labor law, including issues arising from merger and acquisition transactions and public offerings, as well as due diligence and employee rights. In addition, Adv. Ravid represents clients in courts of law, in labor courts and in arbitration proceedings, and also represents companies before government agencies in relation to labor law matters.

In addition to providing services in the labor law field to the firm's wide range of clients, among them are leading hi-tech companies, Adv. Ravid also represents companies in the traditional industry sectors as well as private individuals.

Adv. Ravid often lectures on labor law at various academic and professional forums, and publishes professional articles from time to time; he has also written the chapter about Israeli labor law for the American Bar Association (ABA).

Adv. Ravid is a member of the International Labor Law Association and a member of the Israel Bar Association's Labor Law Forum. In addition, Adv. Ravid volunteers at the HaLev Organization, a non-profit organization for the defeat of poverty in Israel, where he consults participants.
